What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Forms, Messages, Newsletters, Shop
- When you subscribe to our newsletters – email address, name, country.
- When you register for our courses and workshops – personal data provided in the forms.
- When you send us a communication using our Contact Forms – Name, email address, content of your communication, and further data needed to solve your question (if applicable)
- When you purchase products in our online store – personal data needed to manage purchases, and correspondingly associated transactions.
Information collected is used:
- to manage your requests and applications in relation to your communications sent via the contact forms.
- to send you newsletters and new features in relation with Change Makers activities.
- execution of the purchase and sale contract entered into.

Change Makers does not share data obtained through this website with outside parties. Within the framework of European funding, managed by CCDR with FACTOR C, data relating to participants in free workshops may have to be shared only with these institutions, in order to monitor funding. These institutions respect the privacy of data that will only be used for inspection purposes.
How long we retain your data
The only data collected that is kept for an extended period of time is collected via subscription to our Newsletter and through other forms answered by you voluntarily. Please take a look at the Newsletter page to check out the policies regarding your data.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
